Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Send sample images or a clip from your site and we will run them through the engine so you can judge the results yourself.
Do I need special cameras?
Not necessarily. Many existing IP cameras work if they are placed and angled well. We review your setup first and tell you honestly if a change is needed.
Where is my data stored?
In the cloud region you choose, or entirely on your own servers with an on-premise install. You control how long it is kept.
What if a plate is read wrongly?
Every read includes a confidence score and the source image. Low-confidence reads can be routed to a person instead of triggering an action.
